Jack “Duke” Justice Jr., 69, of Wheelwright, died Wednesday, March 6, 2013, at VA Huntington Hospital.

He was born April 23, 1943, to the late Jack Justice and Vernie Johnson Justice Jones.

He was the husband of Glenda Bates Justice, a disabled coal miner, and a member of the Little Rock Old Regular Baptist Church.

He is survived by two sons, John Anthony (Shawn) Justice, of Morehead, and Michael Alan (Tammy) Justice, of Prestonsburg; a daughter, Jaclyn Alise (Robert) Justice Thacker, of Wheelwright; a brother, Archie Justice, of Hi Hat; a sister, Gerry Little, of Bevinsville; grandsons, Madison Justice, Tanner Justice and Teagan Thacker; and granddaughters, Brittney Justice, KeiLee Justice and Alandra Thacker.

Visitation will be held after 6 p.m. Thursday, March 7, and all day Friday, March 8, at the church

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday March 9, at Little Rock Old Regular Baptist Church, at Bevinsville. Burial followed the service in the Ditney Ridge Cemetery, in Morehead.
