Maryland “Bo” Burchett, 47, of Prestonsburg, died Sept, 5, 2012 at the Greg and Norene Wells Hospice Center, in Hazard.
She was born March 31, 1965, in Floyd County, to the late Dick and Edna Faye Lewis Burchett.
She was preceded in death by her two brothers, Otis Burchett and Samuel Burchett, and one sister, Linda Sherman.
She is survived by a son, Joshua Burchett, of Lovely; a daughter, Kayla Burchett, of Inez; brothers and sisters, Glen Burchett, Charles Lee Burchett, Jimmy Burchett, Chester Burchett, Emogene Burchett and Patsy Jarrell, all of Endicott, Mary James, of Pikeville, and Sally Burchett, of Knott County; and two grandchildren, Austin Burchett and Trinity Moore.
Services were held Sunday, Sept. 9, at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, in Martin, with Bill Collins officiating. Burial followed in the Jervis Cemetery, in Prestonsburg.
Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, of Martin, was in charge of arrangements.
