Born December 11, 1960, in Camp Lajune, North Carolina, she was the daughter of Stella Louise Hammonds Muller and the late Billy T. Burke. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Manis Risner Jr.
Other survivors include her daughters: Ashanti Presley of Martin, Manissa Risner of Martin, Tiffany Jackson of Lexington; her brothers: Bill Burke Jr. of Prestonsburg, Joseph Michael Burke of Prestonsburg; a sister, Angela Burke of Martin; and her grandchildren: Isaiah Allen, Zion Jackson, Joshua Jackson and Kalib Jackson.
She was preceded in death by her father, Billy T. Burke.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 21, at 11 a.m., at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home, in Martin, with George David Garrett officiating.
Burial will be in the Dwale Community Ceme-tery.
Visitation is after 6 p.m., Monday, at the funeral home.
Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home, in Martin, is in charge of arrangements.
