Roma Aileen Tuttle

Roma Aileen Tuttle, age 89 of Eastern, widow of the late Aaron Tuttle, passed away Monday, May 27, 2013, at her residence.
She was born April 14, 1924, in Martin, a daughter of the late Raymond and Hazel Mae Click Samons. She was a bookkeeper, member of the Church of Christ, and the director for Rosie the Riveter for the state of Kentucky,
Roma is survived by four step-sons, John M. (Judy) Hall Jr., of Strasburg, Va., Eugene (Ruth) Tuttle, of St. Mary’s, Ohio, Don (Joan) Tuttle, of Horseshoe, N.C., and Doug Tuttle, of Huffman, N.C.; two step-daughters, Connie Castle, of Eastern, and Nadine (Ralph) Sanders, of St. Mary’s, Ohio; 15 step-grandchildren; and several step-great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a step-daughter, Pamela Hall; a brother, Arliss Samons; and a sister, Elinor Jean Euliss.
Funeral services for Roma Aileen Tuttle will be held at 1 p.m.,Thursday, May 30, in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, in Martin, with James Ed Robinson officiating. Burial will follow in the Davidson Memorial Gardens, at Ivel.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until time of the service on Thursday.
