PIKEVILLE — The Southeast Kentucky Chamber of Commerce has welcomed its new member, Page-3’s GameZone.

Page-3’s GameZone opened its doors in July of 1992 in downtown Pikeville as Page-3 Comics. When the store moved to its current location in 2006, the name was changed to Page-3’s GameZone to better reflect the merchandise carried.

The game zone is located conveniently along US 23, just down the street from Pikeville High School and Walters Chevrolet and next door to Stewart and Stafford and McCoy Motorsports.

Page-3 started out as a comic book store and has since added many more lines including games, movies, electronics, card and board games, imported snacks and drinks, and so much more.

Page-3’s GameZone chose to join the Southeast Kentucky Chamber of Commerce to meet other business owners, managers, and CEO’s in the area. Their hope is to be able to learn things from more experienced entrepreneurs while continuing to grow their own business.

“Every dollar spent in our store helps support ten families, so we strongly believe in supporting our local economy for that and many other reasons. We wanted to be a part of the work the Chamber does and try to contribute in some way,” said general manager, Nathan Varney.

Contact Page-3’s GameZone for all of your gaming needs at (606) 432-9403 or visit them on the web at www.p3gz.com. Their current store hours are Monday-Thursday 11:00 AM-7:00 PM, Friday and Saturday 11:00 AM-8:00 PM, and Sunday 1:00 PM-6:00 PM.
