Linda Fay Justice Tackett, 54, of Beaver, died Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013, at Pikeville Medical Center.

She was born Dec. 31, 1958, at McDowell, to the late Doffie and Kanzella Henson Justice. She was the wife of Jerry Tackett and worked as a homemaker. She was a member of the Praise Assembly of God, in Prestonsburg.

She is survived by a son, Timothy Tackett, of Ligon, whose fiancee is Lakin Hall, of Prestonsburg; a daughter, Andrea (Dakota) Moore, of Bowling Green; three brothers, Doff Drone Justice, of McDowell, S.S. Hilman Justice, of Taylor, Mich., and Danny Ray Justice, of Ligon; two sisters, Brenda G. Johnson, of Fenton, Mich., and Glenda D. Mitchell, of Taylor, Mich.; a grandchild, Brooke Fay Moore; and one grandchild on the way.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 7, at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, in Martin, with J.M. Sloce officiating. Burial will follow the service at Justice Cemetery, at Ligon.
