Helen Justice, 63, of Harold, wife of Baird Justice, died at Pikeville Medical Center Sept. 20, 2012.

She was born Sept. 28, 1949, at Harold, to Bolt Hamilton, of Harold, and the late Nola Belle Salisbury Hamilton. She was a homemaker and attended Mother’s Home Old Regular Baptist Church, at Harold.

In addition to her mother, Helen was preceded in death by a sister, Virginia Lee Cline.

She is survived by her stepmother, Joyce Hamilton; a son, Elvis Justice, of Winchester; three brothers, Carmel Hamilton, of Harold, William Hamilton, of Holly, Mich., and James Hamilton, of Stanville; six sisters, Jan Stamey, of North Carolina, Allene Hall, Connie Mitchell and Deloris Tackett, all of Harold, Bonetta Reynolds, of Tennessee, and Evie Barrett, of Paintsville; and four grandchildren, Dustin Ryan Justice, Jordan Elvis Justice, Taylor Brooke Justice and Leslie Cousby Eden Justice.

Services were held Sunday, Sept. 23, at the Mother’s Home Old Regular Baptist Church, at Harold, with Old Regular Baptist ministers officiating. Burial followed in the Justice Cemetery (Cager Branch), at Harold.

Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, of Martin, was in charge of arrangements.
