Janet Rose Frazier Howard, age 66, of Martin, wife of the late Charles “Chuck” Howard, passed away Friday, Sept. 21, 2012, at Highlands Regional Medical Center, in Prestonsburg.
She was born March 26, 1946, in Martin, the daughter of the late William Frazier and Frances Ellen Reed Crisp. She was a retired administrative assistant.
Janet is survived by a sister, Patricia Lee Shepherd, of Martin, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Phyllis Centers.
Funeral services for Janet Rose Crisp Howard were held Monday, Sept. 24, in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, in Martin, with Randy Osborne officiating. Burial followed in the Crisp Family Cemetery, in Martin.
