Ronnie Gene Bryant, 55, of Prestonsburg, husband of Sharon Bryant, died Sept. 18, 2012, at Highlands Regional Medical Center.
He was born to Rose Dawson Neely, of Prestonsburg, and the late Norman Ray Bryant. He was an auto parts manager, an author and a part-time deputy for the Floyd County Sheriff’s Department.
He is survived by two brothers, Ricky (Cousetta) Bryant, of London, and John William (Robin) Bryant, of Prestonsburg; a sister, Connie (John) Vaughn, of Prestonsburg; and special friends, Kathy King, Tim Coleman and Steve Peters.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 22, at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, in Martin, with Bobby Joe Spencer officiating. Burial will follow in the Richmond Cemetery, in Prestonsburg.
