Justin Curtis Jones, 31, of Prestonsburg, died Monday, Aug. 20, 2012, in Claypool, Ind.
He was born Dec. 19, 1980, to Sonny Jones and his wife Karen Jones, of Melvin, and the late Patricia Johnson Jones.
He is survived by two brothers, Jeffrey Jones and Clayton Jones II, and two sisters, Jennifer Blazo and Carmon Blackmon.
Funeral services were held Monday, Aug. 27, at Wheelwright Freewill Baptist Church, at Bypro, with Louis Ferrari officiating. Burial followed the service at the Johnson Family Cemetery, in Prestonsburg.
Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, of Martin, was in charge of arrangements.
