Madison Ann Renee Crum, of Boonscamp, died June 28, 2012, at Pikeville Medical Center. She was born June 28, 2012, to James and Kristen Bentley Crum.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Tabitha R. Goble Bentley; paternal grandparents, Elmer and Virginia Ann Stapleton Bentley; and brother, Logan James Crum.
She is survived by her grandfather, Frank Bentley, of Prestonsburg; great grandparents, Burns and Lou Ellen Ratliff Goble, of Dwale; step grandmother, Crystal Bentley, of Prestonsburg.
A graveside service was held Saturday, July 7, at the Crum Family Cemetery in Boonscamp, with Bill Collins officiating.
