LEXINGTON - Incoming Prestonsburg High School freshman Dalton Frasure attended Football University (FBU) at Lafayette High School on Saturday. All participating players received a one-on-one evaluation at the conclusion of the camp. Frasure was invited to attend TOP GUN 2012 in Williamsburg, Va.
Kash Daniel, an incoming freshman at Paintsville High School, also participated in the Lexington-hosted FBU and received an invitation to TOP GUN. The camp included football players from throughout Kentucky.
Around 180 players attended the FBU camp in Lexington. FBU conducts over 30 regional camps nationwide. The top 200 players in each grade are invited to TOP GUN.
Frasure enjoyed a considerable amount of playing time as an eighth-grader for the PHS boys’ basketball team during the 2011-12 season. He is expected to compete for a considerable amount of playing time and have an immediate impact as a freshman for the PHS football squad during the upcoming gridiron campaign.
