DWALE - Brothers Christian and Cameron Crider are turning in strong performances in a rookie go-kart racing season. The former motocross competitors have fared well at several tracks in eastern and southeastern Kentucky. The brothers have competed in races at Clay City, Manchester (B & J Racing) and Isom (Mountaineer Cartway) go-kart speedways thus far in the 2012 season. Christian, 12, has earned seven first-place finishes in the Rookie and Clone Light Rookie classes. Cameron, 10, has earned second, third- and fourth-place finishes.

The Criders are sponsored by Beaver Junction. Racing is common to both Christian and Cameron as they have competed in numerous motocross events.

Christian and Cameron Crider are the sons of Ricky W. Crider and Rachel M. Crider of Dwale and the grandsons of Denzil B. and Beverly Martin of Wayland and the late Charles Crider and Jewell Crider of Middle Creek.
