PRESTONSBURG -- The trial of five men accused of brutally beating a former inmate of the Floyd County Detention Center is now over, after the judge declared a mistrial after press time yesterday.

The Floyd County Times will have more details on this development, shortly.

I am not suprised. The commomwealth attorney is fighting hard for this victim but the judge and the rest are I believe from what I saw this week are going to take care of Roger Webb.
