Born on March 30, 1958, in Floyd County, he was the son of late Fonzo & Sophie Conn Crum. He was disabled.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother: Luther Crum and a sister: Goldie Crum.
He is survived by four brothers: Eugene (Kathy) Crum of Ohio, Orie Crum, Hillard Crum and Kenneth Ray Crum, all of Martin, Kentucky; six sisters: Valerie (Marvin) Collins of Indiana, Mary Etta (Billy) Osborne, Lucille Crum, Emma Lee Crum, Barbara Ann Crum and Claudine Crum, all of Martin, Kentucky; a nephew: Eric Porter; two nieces: Tiffany Porter and Krissi Collins; and 2 step-nieces: Jenny and Amy.
Funeral services will be held May 19, 2011, at 11 a.m. at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home in Martin with Ernest Reynold and Bud Crum officiating.
Burial will follow at Adkins-Crum Cemetery in Arkansas at Martin.
Nelson Frazier Funeral Home will be charge of arrangements.
