Mark Johnson, 62, of Topmost, Kentucky, died Friday October 12, 2012 at his residence. He was born February 10, 1950 in Knott County to the late Matthew and Adie Chaffins Johnson. He was the husband of Doris Ann Hall of Topmost. He was a disabled Coal Miner.

He was preceded in death by one brother: David Johnson and one sister Thelma Slone; one brother in law: Herschel Slone

He is survived by one son: Chester Johnson and his wife Kelly of Bevinsville; two step sons: David (Missy) Hall of Hazard and Jamie Hall and his wife Mary of Topmost; two brothers: Luckie Johnson and his wife Donna of Topmost and Paul Johnson and his wife Sue of Eaton Rapids, MI; one sister: Ruby Hobson and her husband Jack of West Jefferson, OH and one grandchild on the way.

Funeral services were held Sunday October 14, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, in Martin. Burial followed the service at Rene Hall Cemetery, Topmost.
