LaGRANGE - With the Beaver Creek All-Stars trailing 17-18, Hunter Johnson hit a walk-off home run in the bottom of the seventh inning to lift his team to a thrilling 20-18 victory over the Richmond All-Stars on Sunday in the Kentucky Little League Junior League State Tournament at Oldham County High School.
The Beaver Creek All-Stars had runners on first and second in the bottom of the seventh inning when Johnson arrived at the plate. The hard-hitting Johnson sent a Richmond pitch back over the Oldham County fence for the game-winning home run.
