Highlands Health System is now accepting Aetna Insurance through its contract with Aetna Health Inc. Prior to Highland’s acceptance of the contract, any Aetna member who received services at Highlands Health System paid a higher out-of-pocket cost. However, with the new contract, Highlands is now considered a participating provider, thus lowering out-of-pocket expenses for its members.
Aetna members are encouraged to call the member services phone number on the back of their card to discuss the details regarding services they may receive through Highlands Health System or its affiliates.
