The Floyd County Chamber of Commerce and the Paintsville/ Johnson County Chamber of Commerce are seeking businesses or organizations interested in taking part in a job fair scheduled for October.

The job fair is set for two dates in October at two locations across the two counties. The first will be held on Oct. 19 at the Mountain Arts Center in Prestonsburg, while the second will take place on Oct. 21 at the Country Music Highway Museum at Staffordsville.

Both fairs will run from 9 p.m. until 2 p.m. and will target job seekers across the Big Sandy Region.

Both chambers hope to interest businesses and organizations with available employment to set up at the fair. The setup is free and any business or organization interested should notify the chambers at floydchamber@setel.com or franjarrell@pjcchamber.com.
