Charles T. Collins, 75, of Dema, died Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012, at Pikeville Medical Center.

He was born July 30, 1937, to the late Ballard and Lula Hite Collins. He was the husband of the late Mary Martha Collins, and Dora Hunter Collins. Charles was a machinist and attended Faith Independent Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents and first wife, Charles was preceded in death by his two daughters, Kim Lynn Collins and Leslie Kay Collins, and two sisters, Eucona Stallsmith and Yuvonna Bevins.

He is survived by three sisters, Glemma Durke, Arziona Eyster and Geanne McCurdy; two step-daughters, Bobbie Ann McCelland and Annette Burgus; and a step-son, Ronnie Boyd.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 7, at Faith Independent Baptist Church, in Prestonsburg, with Donnie Patrick officiating. Burial will follow the service at Gethsemane Gardens, in Prestonsburg.

Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, of Martin, is in charge of arrangements.
