Brenda Kay Henderson, 59, of Ligon, wife of Bobby Henderson, died Nov. 13, 2012, at Hazard ARH Hospital.

Born March 20, 1953, in Detroit, Mich., to the late Wesley and Anna Dunn Jones, she was a disabled cashier for Vance Quick Mart.

In addition to her husband, she was survived by three daughters, Tin (Tim) Sleeth, of Willard, Ohio, Francis (Ronnie) Hall, of Hi Hat, and Connie (Dallas) Smith, of Blue River; three brothers, Wesley Jones Jr., of Monroe, Mich., Tom Jones, of Florida, and Charles Jones, of Lorraine, Ohio; three sisters, Carol Miller, of Hi Hat, Joyce Sheetz, of Lorraine, Ohio, and Patricia Hall, of Frankfort; 10 grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, John Tully, and three grandchildren.

Funeral services for Brenda Kay Henderson will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, Nov. 16, at Little Nancy Old Regular Baptist Church, at Hi Hat, with Old Regular Baptist ministers officiating. Burial will follow in the Newman Cemetery, at Hi Hat.

Visitation will take place after 6 p.m., Wednesday, and all day Thursday, at the church.

Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, of Martin, is charge of arrangements.
