PRESTONSBURG — A Floyd County grand jury returned indictments for a variety of offenses against 29 people this week.


Those indicted include:


• Bobby Justice, 32, flagrant nonsupport.


• Jonathan Hamilton, 32, flagrant nonsupport, second-degree persistent felony offender.


• Timmy McKenzie, 40, theft by unlawful taking, convicted felon in possession of a handgun, public intoxication.


• Edith Dotson, 63, theft by deception.


• Michael C. Vanderpool, 34, first-degree criminal mischief, carrying a conceal deadly weapon, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia.


• Michael Perry Cox Jr., 35, second-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking, third-degree criminal mischief.


• Christohper L. Clark, 35, third-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking, third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree trespassing, three counts of receiving stolen property.


• Charles E. Johnson Jr., 44, second-degree assault, first-degree wanton endangerment.


• Dustin Rowe, 24, fourth-degree assault, second-degree unlawful imprisonment.


• Christopher Smith, 30, failure to comply with sex offender registration, second-degree persistent felony offender.


• Tyler Trombley, 19, first-degree fleeing or evading police, second-degree fleeing or evading police, driving under the influence, failure to produce insurance card, resisting arrest, menacing, no registration receipt.


• Cory Thompson, 20, complicity to fraudulent use of credit card, complicity to theft by unlawful taking.


• Sean Bobo, 42, failure to comply with sex offender registration, second-degree persistent felony offender.


• Tim Hall, 45, third-degree assault.


• Adam D. McCoy, 35, second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first-degree promoting contraband, trafficking in marijuana, tampering with physical evidence, second-degree fleeing or evading police, possession of drug paraphernalia.


• James E. Derossett, 50, second-degree complicity to trafficking in a controlled substance, complicity to first-degree promoting contraband, complicity to trafficking in marijuana.


• Jakob D. Elste, 19, theft by unlawful taking.


• Tiffany McIntire, 28, flagrant nonsupport.


• Glenn Ramey Jr., 37, flagrant nonsupport.


• Robert Mitchell, 27, flagrant nonsupport.


• Timothy Mullins, 24, flagrant nonsupport.


• Michael Taulbee, 27, flagrant nonsupport.


• James Cotner, 31, prohibited use of electronic communication system to procure minor.


• Rodney Thompson, 30, fraudulent use of credit card, theft by unlawful taking, second-degree persistent felony offender.


• Clarence Lester Lemaster II, 49, theft by failure to make required disposition, two counts of theft by deception.


• Stanley Clevenger, 49, fourth-degree assault, second-degree wanton endangerment, second-degree burglary.


• Zachary Butler, 19, second-degree burglary, second-degree fleeing or evading police, possession of burglary tools, first-degree criminal mischief, theft by unlawful taking, menacing, public intoxication.


• Toby Mack Akers, 37, first-degree promoting contraband, first-degree persistent felony offender.


• Douglas Wayne Blackburn, 37, first-degree promoting contraband, second-degree persistent felony offender.


An indictment is not an indication of guilt, but merely a determination that felony allegations warrant a full court hearing.
