PIKEVILLE — A unit secretary at U.S. Penitentiary Big Sandy has been indicted, accused with having sex with an inmate.
On Oct. 3, a federal grand jury charged Angela Davis with abusive sexual contact. According to the indictment, Davis engaged in sexual contact with an inmate of the prison, beginning in January and continuing until July 16.
