Road to Fame auditions coming in April

March 14, 2014

Over the upcoming months, hundreds of contestants will showcase their talent in closed auditions for the opening of the Country Music Highway “Road to Fame” in Eastern Kentucky. The ‘Road to Fame’ talent search is looking for the next potential star to come from Kentucky’s famed Country Music Highway, an area with a vast musical heritage and home to many country stars for decades. During the April auditions, ‘Road to Fame’ judges will choose eighty talented contestants to continue their journey and advance to one of four qualification rounds, to be judged by a panel of independent music industry experts, held May 17, 18, 31 and June 1, 2014 (site locations to be provided later).

“We are excited to kick off another year with the 2014 Road to Fame competition. It’s great to see the advancement and achievements of some of the former contestants. This year we will be kicking off PCG workshops to better prepare our RTF finalists. East Kentucky is a hotbed of extreme talent and we are glad to play a role in helping artists work towards their goals and dreams” says Bernard Porter, President PCG Nashville.
