Ear, nose & throat specialist returns to Prestonsburg

PRESTONSBURG – Otolaryngologist Gregory Baker, M.D., is now seeing patients at King’s Daughters Medical Specialties Prestonsburg, 1279 Old Abbott Mountain Road.


Otolarygologists specialize in the medical and surgical treatment of diseases and disorders of the ears, nose and throat, including:


· Ear infections, birth defects of the inner and outer ears and cranial nerve disorders.


· Speech and voice disorders; swallowing problems.


· Sinusitis, allergies, smell disorders, polyps, deviated septum and sleep apnea.


· Benign and malignant tumors of the head and neck.


Dr. Baker returns to Southeastern Kentucky in response to overwhelming demand from patients, physicians and area residents. Initially, he will be seeing patients every other Tuesday afternoon.


“I am excited that I can provide for my patients in their home communities,” Dr. Baker said.


Dr. Baker is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. He earned his medical degree from the University of Alberta at Edmonton, Canada, where he also completed his residency and fellowship training.


He is on staff at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland with his main office located at 613 23rd St., Suite 420, Ashland.
