First Commonwealth Bank is observing Customer Service Week which is celebrated annually during the first full week in October. The week was established as a nationally recognized event in 1992 by the U.S. Congress. First Commonwealth Bank is taking the opportunity this week to celebrate its employees and the service they provide customers every day.
“Being customer driven is one of the principles on which we run our business, so it is only appropriate for our organization to celebrate a week dedicated to serving the customer. While October 7-11 is Customer Service Week, our hope is that you see our dedication to customer service every day,” stated Greg Wilson, First Commonwealth Bank President and CEO.
Employees are celebrating with a “Spirit Week.” Customers will see First Commonwealth Bank employees participate in dress-up days throughout the week such as Western Day, 80s Day and Sports Team Day. Participating employees will be eligible for prizes awarded at the end of the week.
