Dana Edmund Horn, age 51, of Plain City, Ohio, passed away, Friday, May 31, 2013, at Riverside Hospital, in Columbus, Ohio.
He was born on June 15, 1961, in Columbus, to the late James Walker Horn and Irene Howell, both from the Left Beaver section of Floyd County. His paternal grandparents were John Horn and Bessie Moore, and his maternal grandparents were Pearlie Howell and Chloie Caudill.
He was a founding member of Harvest Assembly of God and was employed by Auto Zone as a Territorial Sales Manager. Dana’s job, church and family were the most important to him.
Survived by loving wife of 14 years, Michele Lynn Guerierro of Plain City; aunts, Buena “Tuddi” (Howell) Bentley and Arnitha (Howell) Spencer; many cousins, church family and friends.
Family will receive friends Friday, June 7, from 5 to 8 p.m., at the Harvest Assembly of God, 8075 Dellinger Rd., in Galloway, Ohio, where funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, June 8, with visitation one hour prior to time of service. Pastor Chris Tomaso officiating. Interment Forest Grove Cemetery, Plain City, Ohio.
